- Building, implementing, and managing a compliance standard for an organization.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor.
- Implementing the buyer's code of conduct and the local labor laws.
- Compiling and providing the board with succinct and understandable compliance reports.
- Communicating on compliance-related matters with authorities.
- To inspire staff members to uphold all forms of personal safety.
- Follow factory management's recommendations and provide internal training on OH&S, EMS, fire safety, grievances, etc. to all employees.
- Monitor the department's daily operations by providing enough assistance and carrying out any additional duties that are delegated by superiors.
- Supervising the application of the workers' employment standard.
- To keep an eye on the floor to check for any concerns related to compliance.
- Conducting all training issues is done timely for newly hired workers.
- Any other duties that the management assigns.
