• uality Officer has to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
• Determine Operational and Performance Qualification.
• Maintains and improves product quality by: completing product, company system, Quality compliance, inspection and audit.
• Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
• Profound knowledge of textile knitting and production processes
• Need to finalize quality analysis report and discussed with quality concern.
• Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
• Communicate with concern dept. to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
• Resolve technical issues and brings solution.
• Having good knowledge about wrap knitting.
• Identify and applying the best suitable process to development issues.
• Any other job as assigned by the management
