• Knowledge of production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create reports, presentations, and data analysis efficiently.
• Flexibility in working hours, as the role may require occasional extended hours or weekend involvement based on the CEO’s schedule.
• Project management experience is a plus.

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ এবং কনটেক্সট

• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Draft correspondence and communication materials on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters and other documents.
• Ensure factory visits on a regular basis to expedite the required submissions to be received.
• Liaise between the CEO and department heads to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
• Creating and maintaining product catalogs and databases.
• Analyzing and reporting on data to identify opportunities for product optimization and pricing adjustments.
• Developing pricing strategies and monitoring price changes in the market.
• Conducting regular store visits to monitor product displays and inventory levels.
• Ensure support to the merchandising supervisor for development and production.
