• Diploma in Textile Engineering.

• Basic knowledge in Computer Office Application.

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ এবং কনটেক্সট

• Color development according to buyer/customers instruction.
• Sound knowledge about dyeing machineries, instruments & software.
• Stay informed on color trends, dye technology & new materials to innovate in textile coloration.
• Sound knowledge about labdip & color matching technology.
• Documents & archive color recipes, dye formulas & test result for future.
• Conduct color test for accuracy, durabilities & fastness.
• Monitor & troubleshoot color issues during dyeing.
• Making necessary adjustment of color to achieve precise shade both for production & labdip.
• Maintain color standard & quality control to ensure color matching.
• Urgent, delay followup & operators work monitoring.
• Maintain 5S, safety & CLIT.
